Why build tooling has to be native
Most teams assemble an agent stack from a framework, a vector store, a workflow tool, and a pile of glue code. That works until something goes wrong — and then nobody can answer which version of which agent made the decision, what it remembered, or whether the change that broke it was ever evaluated.
