Standing up a new project universe

Why a super agent, rather than a scheduler
A scheduler runs tasks in an order you defined in advance. That works right up until an agent returns something unexpected, two agents contradict each other, a model degrades, or a step needs a human decision it was never designed to ask for.
Kor-Vu holds the goal rather than the task list. It decomposes the objective, picks which agent and model should handle each part, allocates budget so a runaway loop cannot consume a quarter's spend, arbitrates when specialist agents disagree, and re-plans when something fails — all inside the guardrails set by Kor-Policy and the security ecosystem.
