Autonomy is only useful if it stays accountable

KorIQ exists because organisations are deploying agents faster than they can explain, govern, or contain them. We think that gap closes with infrastructure, not policy documents.

The problem we are working on

Most enterprise agent deployments are assembled from a framework, a handful of model providers, some connectors, and glue code. Each piece is reasonable. The combination is not observable, and it is rarely governable.

When something goes wrong — an agent leaks data into a prompt, loops uncontrolled, calls a tool it should never have reached, or simply makes an expensive mistake — the questions asked afterwards are always the same. What did it know? Why did it choose that? What else did it touch? Who authorised it? Most stacks cannot answer any of them.

KorIQ is our attempt to make those questions answerable by construction: one platform where agents are built, run, observed, and secured, and where every layer writes evidence the layer above can read.

How we approach the product

Universe before dashboard

Begin with strategic scale, then progressively reveal operational detail. Nobody makes a good decision from a wall of raw telemetry.

Motion with meaning

Movement in the interface communicates activity, delegation, health, risk, or causality. If it is decorative, it stays slow and ambient.

Semantic observability

Show what an agent saw, decided, shared, changed, and why — not merely infrastructure metrics that happen to be easy to collect.

Security made visible

Every boundary inspection, identity check, redaction, and policy decision should have an understandable visual state.

Control at every altitude

Move from portfolio to project, agent, execution, message, and decision without ever losing context.

Where we are

Early. The Kor-* ecosystem described across this site is a designed architecture with capabilities labelled by status, and we are working with a small number of design partners rather than claiming a customer base we do not have. If that is the stage you like to engage at, we would like to hear from you.

One platform. One super agent. Everything connected.

Work with us early

Design partners shape what gets built first. Tell us what you are running and what keeps breaking.
